PinSeek monitors public tee-time booking pages on your behalf and sends alerts when slots matching your saved criteria appear. PinSeek does not book tee times for you and is not affiliated with any golf course or booking platform. To book, you follow the link in your alert to the course's own booking page and complete the booking there under their terms.
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. Keep your inbox secure — anyone with access to a delivered magic link can sign in as you within its short validity window. You may delete your account at any time by emailing the address below.
The free plan includes a limited number of active alerts, courses per alert, search window, and alert channels. The paid plan increases those limits and adds channels such as SMS and browser push. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe, renew automatically, and can be cancelled at any time through the billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
If something isn't working as advertised, email us within 14 days of charge and we'll work it out. Trial periods (if offered) can be cancelled before they convert to a paid charge.
Don't use PinSeek to attempt to scrape, resell, or redistribute the underlying tee-time data, to harass course operators, or to evade rate limits or anti-bot protections on third-party booking systems. We may suspend accounts that materially harm the service, its other users, or the upstream booking platforms.
PinSeek is provided "as is." We make a best effort to deliver timely, accurate alerts, but tee-time availability changes rapidly and an alert may already be unavailable by the time you click through. We're not liable for missed tee times, scheduling conflicts, or other indirect damages.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice before they take effect.
